Including, a cheque for £(XX) membership application fee (non-returnable), and a signed copy of the constitution, and a map of the area you wish to cover.

The referees will be contacted, and your application will then be considered by the membership committee.  If your application is accepted you will be sent a new form upon which to confirm your registration details, which must be returned with a cheque for the full annual membership fee commencing on the first day of the next applicable month.  Your membership will not be valid until you receive a valid membership card upon receipt of the full payment.  You may not make use of any of the services or privileges of the Association until you receive the membership card.
